At Cascom India, we are committed to delivering high-quality 3D-printed products, including customized insoles, sandals, statues, architectural models, and gift items. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please carefully read our refund policy below.

1. Customized Products (Insoles, Sandals, Statues, Dolls, Customized Gifts)

Due to the highly personalized nature of these products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the order is confirmed and production has started, unless there is a manufacturing defect or the delivered product does not match the confirmed customization specifications.

2. Non-Customized Products (Standard Gift Items, Ready-Made Models)

• Refund or exchange is available within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

3. Manufacturing Defects

If your product has a defect due to manufacturing (e.g., structural faults, material defects), please contact us within 15 days of delivery with clear photos of the defect.

• On verification, we will offer a full replacement or refund as per your choice.

• Custom-designed items (unless defective)

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before production starts.
• Once the production begins, cancellation is not allowed.
